Career Success

I was so driven to go to school, and the City College of New York was very difficult to get into at the time. Thankfully, they accepted me. With the way I was prepared at CCNY, I felt that I could have tackled anything after that. It was one of the best schools in the world and I was surrounded by very smart people. I taught for a year in New York City and then for another year in New Jersey. After I got my doctorate, I taught for three years at William Patterson University. I was then recruited by Hewlett-Packard Company, and I worked there as an engineer for almost 30 years. I owe my career to CCNY because they gave me the opportunity to study there as an immigrant student.
