I chose to attend CCNY because it had such a great reputation, and I felt like it was the right place for me. I've been a psychotherapist for 48 years, and am the founder and executive director of a non-profit environmental organization, the Maryland Pesticide Education Network. We launched 25 years ago. I know that my work and how I have conducted my personal life were significantly influenced by my CCNY experience. My professors in the Department of Psychology and the CCNY House Plan Human Relations Program impacted my life in a most significant way, both personally and in my work as a psychotherapist and as an executive director. 52 years later, I'm still connected with the people that were involved in that House Plan Human Relations Program. I am deeply grateful for the role my four years at CCNY played in impacting who I am today.
