My husband had graduated from CCNY as an undergraduate, many years before I married him. He thought that it would be a good place for me to go when I was getting my master's, and that was how I ended up there. I was in the Theater Department. The professors there were really great and wonderful. I got a lot of personal attention from the professors that made it very nice. I was teaching at that time and I needed to get my master's to advance myself in teaching in the public school system.
