Career Success

I was working at AT&T when I went to CCNY Baruch College at night to obtain an MBA. My MBA was industrial psychology. I was then in the US Army for two years. The important information that I learned while getting my MBA was applied when we started an electronics manufacturing company. We eventually employed about 350 people and the industrial psychology aspect was useful in helping to motivate our workforce. Later, after a career change, the financial courses helped me to organize and operate Xebec Trade Finance Corp., where we worked closely with banks and start-up companies. I have lived in Miami, Florida, for about 50 years, and am married with two children.
