I wanted to soak up and be in that artistic atmosphere, which CCNY definitely exposed and lent itself to me very much. One professor that made a lasting impression on me was professor Groff. He was one of the professors that I was taking quite a few classes from, and he definitely made a lasting impression as far as making me be a better critic of myself as a creative writer. He very much so challenged me and made me feel courageous, to be up for the challenge whenever one was put in front of me. I am very much a confident artist and person due to that way of being taught.
