Career Success

I went to Hunter Junior and High School. There was a strong drive to go on to college. I needed to attend a school that had no fees. Since I received advanced credit, I was able to take additional courses I wanted but didn't need, just for fun. I became a vocational counselor and my husband was and is a cartoonist. I got a master's in counseling from NYU. I went back to school and decided I wanted to do social work, so I got my MSW. I supervised social workers and became a vocational counselor. I worked with the adolescent mothers to help them in educational planning and careers and worked with kids who were in special education.
