Leticia Alanis

At the time, my sister was attending CCNY and had a great experience. I wanted to be in that same school. It was really one of the happiest times of my life. I was very interested in social work. We had a wonderful teacher from whom I learned so much. CCNY immediately gave me the opportunity to get a job in what I wanted as a community organizer in a prestigious nonprofit. I reaped the rewards of getting my degree and starting there. The campus living means a lot to me. I will be forever grateful. CCNY means opportunity. It developing your potential. It means gaining valuable skills for today's world.
