Attending the City College of New York was an easy decision because it was tuition-free. I was the first person in my family to go to college. There was a club, and I got to meet other people and we had a great group during my whole college experience. We had our own table in the cafeteria, and we had our meeting spot for the liberal arts course. On Friday nights we'd go up into the various bars and clubs that were nearby CCNY. It was a great college experience at CCNY, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. There are several professional jobs that I got because the hiring authority was also a CCNY alumnus.
