I chose to attend the City College of New York because of the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program. I feel like if I hadn't done the program, I probably wouldn't be a doctor and wouldn't be practicing if it wasn't for their support. I was involved in a theater program and I had a lot of fun just being involved there. I was also a part of the dance team for a year, and it allowed me to interact with other people outside of this Sophie Davis program. I lived in an apartment, and I appreciate being able to live there.
