BA/MFA '86
After high school I went to another university for undergraduate, and then I came to CCNY for the MFA. My father was a graduate of CCNY, and he was always touting how important CCNY was to his career and his development, so I've always had a love for the college. I was teaching as an adjunct at CCNY, so it was convenient. I also had friends that spoke very highly of it, and friends that graduated from the Art Department who also spoke very highly of it. I also made lifelong friends, and the Art Department was very warm and very nurturing. I very much loved the professors that I had, and I knew that they were interested in my artistic and professional development.
