1970

At the time I had started college at Queensborough Community for about a year and a half. I transferred to CCNY full-time. I was a veteran, and I had served in the Army. I decided it was time to go to school, which I did. I finished my bachelor's in a total of about three and a half years. I went on to get my master's. While I was getting my advanced degrees, I taught at CCNY. I taught physics there as an instructor for about two years while I was getting my degrees. I did all of my PhD research at the Thomas J. Watson Research at IBM in Yorktown Heights, New York. I worked there and became a manager at IBM. I got into computer tutors databases and left IBM in 1979. I moved to California and started my own business.
