Lifelong Friendships

I wanted more education. I thought I wanted to be a lawyer way back then, and I couldn't do that without a bachelor's first. CCNY, at that time, was free, which was what I could afford. I was able to work and go to school full-time during the day. I was on the lacrosse team. I was very active in the House Plan Association. It was a fraternal group called Jolson 60. In fact there were 35 boys at the time. Every year CCNY formed house plans for the students of that year. Of the 35 in our group, we still managed to keep together 30 of us, and we still communicate with each other. CCNY provided me with a fantastic education. I had wonderful and very memorable teachers, and I made many, many friends that I still have. I have many fun memories there.
