2012

I was born on Manhattan Island. I wanted to go to CCNY from the time I was 10 years old. It was known as the 'Harvard of New York' back then. I thought it was the best school in the country. When I finally was able to get back to college, it took me a year to get my credentials moved from Brooklyn College to CCNY. Brooklyn College is part of the City University. They accepted all my credits, I just needed to complete one year. I graduated summa cum laude, I got my degree in economics, and I was the happiest guy. When I went to college when I was younger, we worked individually. When I came back so many years later, we worked in groups a great deal of the time, and I loved it. All through the twists and turns, I finally got to the school I wanted to, and I graduated. It only took 47 years. I had four marriages, two children, lived through a war, and was a member of almost every stock exchange in the country. All that time the one achievement I really wanted was to graduate from CCNY!
