Career Success

I went to night school at the City College of New York, and my professors were all outstanding. One of them gave me a good recommendation to graduate school. I took my time getting my degree because I was a housewife and a mom. My degree made it possible for me to get a decent job later on, and I was able to get my master's and PhD. My PhD was turned into a published book by Columbia University Press. I went from being an assistant professor to being a professor, and I'm retiring soon from William Paterson University. What I learned at CCNY made a difference, and it opened up my mind and made me a different person. That was the best part about it.
