Student Life & Rich Traditions

I attended Bronx Community College before going to the City College of New York. I was in the psychology programs, and one professor inspired me to go on and continue the road of psychology. I graduated with a bachelor's of science in psychology at CCNY and went back again to attend the school psychology program to be a school psychologist. Therefore I shifted my interest from experimental psychology to clinical psychology. At that time CCNY had a 95% rating of students getting a PhD in clinical psychology, which happened to me. I was fortunate to attend that program because it made my transition to a PhD program at NYU much easier. CCNY was very important to me because, without it, I would have never graduated from college, got my master's degree, and my PhD as well. CCNY was an important foundation for my life career.
