Moments in Time

CCNY allowed me to do a very challenging and renowned program in computer science. I was able to make a lot of really good friends who are still my friends today, and I also met my wife there. I still have my textbooks from my classes, and I still use a lot of them today. The teachers were very good in terms of making sure that we always had a very objective view and approach to an issue, a problem, a question, or an item. The teachers were always very good at discussing the solution to a problem, and they would take the time and talk us through the thought process and how they came about getting to that solution. In my last three jobs, what sets me apart is being good at approaching a problem. What I am most thankful for during my time there was the bond with the students. My classmates and I knew that we were in it together. We'd be in the library and have a study group. I was working in the city when I graduated, and then I went right into graduate school while working in the city. Because of how great CCNY was, I stayed in the CUNY System for my graduate school, going to Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business. After graduating with my MBA and working in the city for a few years, I got a really good opportunity in New Jersey. I've been working in New Jersey since.
