Career Success

I always wanted to be an engineer, and I decided to attend the City College in New York. I went there with zero tuition at that time. I made a lot of friendships, and I was really happy that I graduated from CCNY. I also got a really good education. Then I took a lot of master's courses at Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute. I also got an MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. I went on to become a corporate executive. I ended up working as a microwave engineer for a big Department of Defense corporation which allowed me to get a deferment from the service. I ended up staying in the microwave area and moved to another company. I always wanted to become the president of a company by the time I was 40. I became president of a 400-employee company for new industries at the age of 38. I moved on and kept getting promoted. I ended up as a group vice president for a 600-million-dollar medical equipment corporation and I retired at 55.
