CCNY was a part of CUNY and it was where I was living in the city. I got in and I went there. It was really close to me. I was taking education courses with a focus on special ed, and it was a good experience. They would always discuss my papers. When they would come to visit me at school, the professors would always come back and tell everybody how I did really well. They would tell me about what I did with the kids when they were there visiting. I had really good lesson plans. I had to have a degree to get the job, so my degree impacted me.
