My brother went to CCNY. I also went to CCNY because it was free and they accepted me. My involvement in one of the student organizations was a pivotal connection in my early life. A lot of my mentors at CCNY at the time were social workers. Because of my involvement at CCNY, I went on to get a master's in social work. It was my first experience at a college, and it was really important.
