Emilie M. Chinchilla-Simons, LEED AP B+C

Initially I chose to attend the City College of New York because of the architectural program. However life took me through a different path. Later on I learned about the a new graduate program in sustainability and I got very interested in it. The professors were amazing. I became fascinated with the courses I was taking; I just wanted to keep learning more about sustainability. I also loved walking around the campus, it was like I was time-traveling because of the architecture in the area. Overall I'm happy I had the opportunity to attend CCNY and the path I chose. I'm hopeful I will continue working towards building a more sustainable future.
