CCNY had an excellent School of Engineering and the price was right. Those outdoor symphonies make me smile. As an engineer, I designed computer memory systems. After ten years, I realized this was not for me. Big companies would hire me in four years, and I would build the memory systems that they needed. I did quite well though, but I got sick and tired of that. I got out when the 16-bit memory chip came on board. I started a construction company and did that for 33 years.
