Part of the reason I wanted to attend the City College of New York because it was really the only CUNY that I saw nearby that had this really beautiful campus. I wanted a nice campus to walk around, so I really appreciated that. What made it special for me was the diversity. It was really great to just see so many people of all ages from so many different walks of life. It was great to be in an academic setting with them, to interact with them, and to exchange ideas. It was really an incredible experience. I had a great time with a lot of the professors on campus. They were very energetic and so passionate about their jobs. They left a really lasting impression on me to keep moving forward with my goals. I'm a paralegal in a personal injury firm. CCNY gave me more of a purpose and structure for how I want to carry out my career and my goals. That's something I really appreciated from my time at CCNY.
