I grew up in the Bronx and was lucky enough to receive a regent scholarship to college. Although I was accepted to NYU Engineering, it was still out of my price range. The City College of New York was basically tuition-free at that time, so I felt like it was the best option for me. I felt that I received a balanced education there, and I had the benefit of many talented professors. My time at CCNY has served me well in my insurance career, and I will always look back upon my experience there fondly.
