BE '54

I went to the City College of New York for free. I played baseball. CCNY won the Metropolitan Collegiate Conference championship in 1953, and I got a trophy from the New York Giants for being an outstanding pitcher. I was also in the First Team All-American in Division I in NCAA. I got a good education, and I had some good teachers. They kept on me all the time and made sure that I kept up with my studies. I went to work for the City of New York for 40 years. I was in construction and in charge of the City Tunnel Number 3 for ten years. I was in charge of the watershed and the collection of the water that was used in the city.
