Dr. Thelma B. Baxter

My favorite memory was pledging a sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha. CCNY has been the most important influence in my career. I minored in education, and I into teaching, assistant principal, principal, and became a superintendent. It was behind my whole professional career because I kept with my English major. When I was a student, it has definitely increased the number of diverse students and faculty. I would recommend CCNY because they had very high standards for students.
