My interest in business activities inspired me to attend the City College of New York. I was somewhat entrepreneurial as a youth, and CCNY seemed to have that kind of environment. Numerous students at CCNY were entrepreneurial; that was my mentality. The initial thought I had was to find a program on Wall Street after completing CCNY rather than go on to do graduate work. I started working part-time at Merrill Lynch during my senior year. I embraced it. CCNY guided me to go forward in my career and my business. After working at Merrill Lynch, I worked in finance at Bear Stearns. Now I'm working at Founders Equity. CCNY is a reasonable and opportunistic place to be.
