I lived in New York and was qualified to attend CCNY, so it was financially doable for me. It was a good school. It was hard work but I enjoyed it. However my college was interrupted because I was drafted into the Army. After I got out I went back with the GI Bill, so it gave me an education that I was able to afford. I attended night class while working to earn an MEE from CCNY. With this education I was able to achieve the American dream.
